8% of Monthly Rent
+ $25 monthly management fee
+ $300 leasing fee when placing a new tenant.
Tenant Onboarding
We’ll market your property, screen tenants, and handle the paperwork.
Ongoing Management
Rent is collected, maintenance is coordinated, and you receive your owner statement + distribution on the 15th of every month.
